artex Early ―― 京都の実験的プロジェクトスペース BlackBoxKyoto（2026 年 5 月開設）で 実際に運用されている五つのツールです。現代アートを検証フィールドとして稼働させたうえで、 EMS Core として他の複製可能財領域へ展開します。 The five tools below operate in production at BlackBoxKyoto, our experimental project space in Kyoto (opened May 2026). Proven on contemporary art, they ship as EMS Core into every other "reproducible-yet-unique" domain.

パートナーシップ・契約済みのお客様向けに、BlackBoxKyoto の公共ツールとして三つのユーティリティを BlackBoxKyoto ドメイン下で公開中です。アクセスコード（パスワード）はパートナーシップ契約を通じて個別共有しており、本ページには記載していません。 Three utilities are publicly hosted under the BlackBoxKyoto domain for partnered users today. Access codes are shared individually via partnership agreements and are intentionally not listed on this public page.
映像データにハッシュ値を振る Append a hash to your media file
映像データおよび PDF など一般的なファイルに対して、同一性の数学的指標となるハッシュ値を付与。納品物の一意性と、改ざん・差し替えの検出を客観化します。 Applies a per-file hash (cryptographic fingerprint) to video and generic files such as PDFs — providing a verifiable, math-based identity for every deliverable.

メタデータ データベース Metadata database
映像データや仕様書の納品時にハッシュ値を契約書に記載することで、「このファイルが正式な納品物である」と双方が数学的に確認・共有でき、厳密なエディション管理が可能になります。後の改ざん・差し替えトラブルを構造的に防ぎます。 Recording hashes in delivery contracts turn the file into a mathematically agreed deliverable. Both parties share one verifiable edition — preventing later disputes over tampering or substitution.

映像データを暗号化する（AES‑256） Encrypt your media (AES‑256)
PDF など一般的なファイルにも適用可。単なるパスワード保護ではなく、データそのものが暗号化されるため、復号化のためのパスワードを知る人しか内容を確認できません。 Applies to video and generic files including PDFs. Unlike password-protected access, the data itself is encrypted; only those who hold the decryption key can read its contents.

Manifest
課題 / The Problem
同一タイトルの作品、複数年版、派生作品が出回ると、どれが“あの一点か”が特定できなくなる。物理的な固有性を持たない非実在系作品では特に深刻。 Multiple editions, revisions, and derivatives of the same title make it impossible to identify which instance is the authentic work. For non-physical works the problem is acute.
ツール / The Tool
作品ごとに一意な per-instance identifier を発行し、記述・版・来歴メタデータを一つの構造体に束ねる。後続の 4 機能はこの Manifest を参照して状態を継承する。 Issues a per-instance identifier for each work and bundles description, edition, and provenance metadata into one structure. The other four tools inherit state from this manifest.
artex Early での運用実績 / Operation
2026 年 5 月開設の BlackBoxKyoto ↗ で、来場者の反応を含む作品インスタンスに Manifest を付与。※ 具体的な件数・稼働率は現時点で公開值未確認。 Operating in BlackBoxKyoto ↗ since May 2026. Volume / uptime metrics not yet publicly disclosed.

後続の Certificate / Provenance / Royalty / Governance が参照する正規状態を一意にすることで、運用上の“参照エラー”を開始時点で排除できます。 A single source of truth for state eliminates upstream "reference errors" before they cascade into certificate, provenance, royalty, or governance.
Certificate
課題 / The Problem
発行者が自分を認証する構造では、なりすまし・改ざん耐性のレピュテーションが成立しない。 When the issuer authenticates themselves, the certificate cannot carry reputation — it loses anti-spoofing and tamper-resistance.
ツール / The Tool
第三者検証者による発行フローと、ガバナンス主導の撤回・更新フローを区別。Manifest 確定前は検証者マジョリティで、確定後は Governance ルールに基づいて操作。 Splits issuance (third-party verification before manifest finalisation) from revocation / update (governance-driven rule after finalisation).
artex Early での運用実績 / Operation
BlackBoxKyoto での作品展示において、検証機関連携の運用試験を実施中。証明書発行の運用実績・件数は現時点で公開値未確認。 In operational pilots with verification partners at BlackBoxKyoto. Issuance volume and live certificate counts are not yet publicly disclosed.
効果 / Outcome
発行主とガバナンス主体を分離したことで、“誰が撤回を決めるか”が常に Governance レイヤで説明可能になります。 Separating issuer from governance makes "who decides revocation" an explicit, explained decision at the governance layer.
Provenance
課題 / The Problem
取引記録が個別 DB に散在すると、二次流通したか・いつ・誰の手に渡ったかの連続性が保てない。 Scattered, per-database transaction records break the continuity of "did, when, and to whom" — a precondition for royalty and governance.
ツール / The Tool
全取引を 連続ログとして記録し、改ざん耐性を Governance に依存させない構造に。Royalty の算定根拠と Governance の改ざん検出の双方を支える。 A continuous tamper-resistant log of all transfers. It anchors royalty calculations and gives governance an independent tamper-detection channel.
artex Early での運用実績 / Operation
BlackBoxKyoto での作品インスタンスに対して Provenance ログを付与し、来場・閲覧イベントと編集履歴を一元記録。ログの完全性検証 (integrity check) は実装済み。 Provenance log is attached to BlackBoxKyoto instances, unifying visitor events and editorial history. Integrity verification is implemented; unit numbers unverified externally.

Royalty と Governance が参照する一意の連続履歴を提供し、二次流通の追跡可能性要件を満たす基盤になります。 Provides the single, contiguous history that royalty and governance rely on — meeting secondary-distribution traceability requirements.
Royalty
課題 / The Problem
作品・作家・ギャラリー・二次流通者の権利関係を最初に設計しないと、運用が始まってから配分ルールを作り直すことになる。 Without first designing rights among artist, gallery, and secondary market, distribution rules get retrofitted mid-operation — and break trust.
ツール / The Tool
利用条件・収益配分・二次流通料を設計ルールとして記述し、Provenance の記録と Governance の裁定に基づいて執行。 Licensing, revenue splits, and secondary-market fees are encoded as design rules, then executed against the provenance log under governance.
artex Early での運用実績 / Operation
BlackBoxKyoto における作品運用ルールを Royalty レイヤで記述。系列作家・研究機関との共同作品における配分テストを進行中。具体配分率・件数は NDA 未公表範囲。 Royalty rules are encoded for BlackBoxKyoto operations; ongoing allocation tests with a series artist and research institution. Specific rates / cases are within NDA scope.

Governance
課題 / The Problem
運用が進むほど、訂正・取消・相続・紛争が発生します。都度人手で裁定すると、判断基準がすり替わり信頼が崩れます。 As operations scale, correction / revocation / succession / disputes arise. Manual adjudication produces inconsistent rulings and erodes trust.
ツール / The Tool
前 4 機能 (Manifest / Certificate / Provenance / Royalty) の正しさを担保する上位レイヤとして、裁定ルール・申し立て・継承プロトコルを統合管理。 A higher layer that asserts the integrity of the other four functions and integrates rulings, petitions, and succession protocols.
artex Early での運用実績 / Operation
BlackBoxKyoto で試験運用中。訂正・取消のフローは検証済み。判決なき裁定（non-judicial rulings）と紛争処理の運用設計は実装済み、件数・適用事例は記事中の NDA 範囲。 In pilot at BlackBoxKyoto. Correction / revocation flows are verified. Non-judicial ruling and dispute-handling procedures are implemented; cases / counts within NDA scope.

五つのツールは Manifest を起点に Certificate → Provenance → Royalty へと状態を継承し、最後に Governance が全体を裁定します。EMS Core はこの結合を基盤として提供します。 Starting from Manifest, state flows into Certificate, then Provenance, then Royalty — with Governance adjudicating the whole. EMS Core ships this binding as its foundation.
